On December 31 2019, American Girl released Joss Kendrick. Before the store was opened on December 31st, American Girl held a exclusive Girl of the Year Party to only AG Rewards Berry members. After the party was over, American Girl started selling Joss to the public on December 31st. Joss was the first Girl of the Year to be sold on before her year as Girl of the Year started. Besides that, Joss was also the first doll to come with hearing aids. Joss is currently still available to purchase from American Girl.
