Girl of the Year of 2016

On January 1st, 2016, American Girl released Lea Clark as the Girl of the Year of 2016. To celebrate Lea's release, American Girl stores had special events and giveaways. These giveaways included different crafts and a pink lycra sarong. Just like past Girl of the Year dolls, Lea was only available for her year. Lea Clark is not available to purchase from American Girl today.

"Traveling to Brazil to visit her brother is a dream come true for Lea. She's a little nervous, but armed with her travel journal and her grandma's compass necklace, she's determined to push past her fears and dive into adventure.
