Girl of the Year of 2021

On December 31st, 2020, American Girl released Kira Bailey as the Girl of the Year of 2021. Just like Blaire Wilson and Joss Kendrick, Kira Bailey was released early and first launched at an AG Rewards Girl of the Year Reveal Event. At this event, guests were given a Kira Bailey doll, a Kira Bailey tote bag for humans, and a couple of items from her collection. For the general public, American Girl stores gave away a brown Kola tote bag for dolls and a Kola craft for Kira's release. Kira Bailey officially retired in February of 2023. Kira Bailey is not available to purchase from American Girl today.
